If you think you have been cheated

  1. If you lost money: call 1930 (National Cyber Crime Helpline) at once and report at cybercrime.gov.in. Speed matters: the sooner you report, the better the chance of stopping the money.
  2. Call your bank using the number on the back of your card or on the bank's own website, and block the card or UPI if needed.
  3. If you got a suspicious call, SMS or WhatsApp but did not lose money: report it on Chakshu in the Government's Sanchar Saathi portal (sancharsaathi.gov.in).
  4. Tell us on +91 89687 95698 or help@sharmatrademart.com, so we can warn other customers. We cannot recover money sent to someone else, but we will help with any information we have.
