What happens next

  1. Within 48 hours of receiving your complaint, we confirm that we have it. Our reply gives you a complaint reference number to quote and track your complaint, and a copy of your complaint as we have recorded it.
  2. Within one month of receiving your complaint, we resolve it and tell you what we have done. If we need something from you (for example photos, or the product back), we will ask early so the month is not wasted.
  3. If we cannot agree, we tell you so in writing, with our reasons, and you can use the routes in step 3.

The 48 hours and one month count from when the complaint reaches us, including weekends.

Step 3: if you are still not satisfied

You do not have to finish our process first, but it is usually quicker.
