Contact usHow do I track my order?
Sign in and open My Orders. Each order shows its status and, once it has shipped, the courier and tracking number. You can also download the tax invoice from the same page.
How long will delivery take?
Enter your PIN code in the Deliver to box at the top of any page. We show whether we deliver to you and how many days it usually takes. Delivery days can change during festivals, floods or road closures in the hills.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with UPI, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro, American Express) and Bajaj Finserv. Payments are handled by a secure payment provider; we never see your card details.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order gets a tax invoice with our GSTIN and the GST on each item. If you are buying for a business, add your GST number at checkout and mention it in the order notes.
How do I raise a warranty complaint?
Use the warranty form: choose "Extended warranty complaint", then give your order number, the product name and what went wrong. We will follow up by phone or email.
Can I visit the shop?
